Raikes Lane Interchange forms a small, yet busy, junction midway along the Saint Peter's Way section of the A666 in Bolton. It provides access to the former A666 (now B6536) to the west, as well as to the household waste disposal site and small industrial estate to the east.
The northbound entry slip has an unusual feature; a bridge that was designed with provision for a proposed 'outer ring road' that was never constructed.
