Royal Gardens is a small roundabout junction on the B8051. Until recently it was also on the mainline of the A811 as it headed into Stirling City Centre, however that is no longer the case as the A811 has been diverted north from Kings Knot Roundabout to the west to meet the A84. The B8051 Stirling Ring Road heads south from this junction, and has also been extended west to meet the diverted A811. The route along Albert Placeinto the city centre is now unclassified.
The name comes from the site of the former Royal Gardens to Stirling Castle which lay immediately to the north of the junction, and whose layout can still be seen on aerial photography, albeit partly destroyed by the local roads.
