S.A.T.A.P. S.p.A., acronym of Società Autostrada Torino-Alessandria-Piacenza S.p.A. (Turin-Alessandria-Piacenza Motorway Company) is an Italian stock company granted a concession by ANAS to manage the A21 motorway in Italy from Turin to Piacenza (until 2017) and the A4 between Turin and Milan (until 2026).

The company is head-quartered in Turin, and the operations centre is in the town of Rondissone (TO).

In 2005, the company employed 693 people to manage the 130.3 km of the A4 and 167.7 km of the A21, bringing a total revenue to the company of €235.55 million.
