Signpost Corner is a mini roundabout junction on the Isle of Man. The A39 heads south into Onchan, while the A18 has climbed out of Douglas and continues to climb as it heads north into the mountains, crossing the slopes of Snaefell, the highest point on the Isle of Man. The A18 is part of the TT course for that reason, and so has black and white kerbs through the junction.
