Maps for defunct roads

Hi Paul,

Can you not add map=no to defunct roads please? I'm slowly going through Wiki:Defunct roads without a map adding historical out-of-copyright maps where I can, and I'm trying to think up ways of dealing with defunct roads that won't have any out-of-copyright mapping that we could use. Adding map=no means it disappears from my "to do" list!
