B726 :
The B726 is a short link road in Dumfries. It starts at a sharp fork junction on the B725, Nith Bank to the south of the town centre and heads south along Kingholm Road, initially adjacent to the B725 but the two roads quickly diverge. The B726 soon finds the riverbank, and curves round to the west as it runs alongside the River Nith for a few hundred yards. The road soon turns inland |
