Hopefully it'll mean the end of the temporary lights there once it's done.
British & Irish cities driven in - 48/75
England - 36/52, Scotland - 7/7, Wales - 5/6, NI - 0/5, RoI - 0/5

Impressive level of transparency by Monmouthshire CC. Constrast with the random unannounced closure of the A4226 a few nights ago that sent me down a tiny lane almost unsuitable for my family sized car. Strangely enough nobody from the VoGC has replied to my miffed correspondence asking if a permit was issued and if so why was it not announced where the other 20+ closures for that road were.
