Scottish Motorway Closures - March 2020

The Google Maps app is currently showing a sudden glut of motorway closures in Scotland:

M74 n/b, J10-J8 (until 23 March)

M8 both ways, J15/16 to J18 (until 25 March)

M8 w/b, J26-J27 and J30-J31 (until 30 March)

M80 s/b, J2-J1 (until 23 March)

M9 n/b, J9-J10 (until 30 March)*

*The particularly odd thing about this one is that the last stretch of the M80 running onto the M9 is not showing as closed, but it has to be if the M9 is closed otherwise traffic will have nowhere to go!

Does anyone know if this is scheduled work, or perhaps work that the authorities have suddenly decided to carry out in anticipation of current circumstances meaning there will be far less commuter traffic than normal? Or is it just an error on the GM app??

A lot is just lane closures for pothole or barrier repairs. I guess end financial year, low traffic levels provide good opportunity.
