Are there any more 10mph speed limits?

Found this 10mph speed limit while reading about C roads (this bridge is part of the C255). Just wondering if anyone has seen a 10mph speed limit anywhere else?

There's one in Bolton near Moss Bank Park, but I can't work out if it's public highway or unadopted.

You do have the bizarre experience of passing a 20 Zone Ends sign where the roundel above is a 10. Can anyone match that?

I always thought 10mph was only legal on a public road as part of a temporary convoy working system.

Officially yes on public roads hence my caveat about the Bolton example.

Nominally the lowest standard postable limit on Swedish roads is 30 km/h, but you see plenty of 20s and even some 10s - I doubt many of them have gone through the process to authorise an exception.

The only 10mph speed limits I've come across have been in car parks.

There's a small ungated business/industrial park in the Bridgemead area of Swindon with a 5mph speed limit on its main road, though I'd imagine it's on private land and thus the limit doesn't really count as it's unenforcable, much like in a car park.

There are one or two 15mph limits on side streets that I've either seen or read about and which looked enforceable, but I can't remember where they are. It also looks like London is now considering introducing a 15 limit in the City. This 15 limit may also be enforcable:

The small new town of Cambourne used to have, and may still have, a 19mph speed limit in some areas, which is by far the weirdest speed limit I'm yet to come across in Britain. It may be intentional (to encourage drivers not to go beyond 20) or an error:

Or even by walking briskly!

While I think it is not that difficult to drive most cars at around about a steady 5km/h, actually being able to accurately assess it on a speedo tends to be impossible or very difficult.

They are long gone and were quite unenforceable. They were erected by the developers before the road was adopted. Cambourne is not so small anymore come to that and I believe its technically a village. As regards 10 mph limits you will see them on a number of National Trust properties and again are not legally enforceable.

This seems like it can't be legally enforceable? Don't speed limits have to be in 10mph increments?
I thought speedometers in the UK were not required to show 5mph increments anyways?

If there are structural reasons for a 15 limit on the bridge it will have been authorised.
