Look left/right road markings on roundabouts - examples

Post by stryder »

Greetings, a slightly random question but does anyone know of any roundabouts in the UK where "Look Left" and "Look Right" (to TSRGD diagram 1029) road markings are used at the pedestrian crossings at the splitter islands?

Here, on one arm (slip road from Aspen Way): https://goo.gl/maps/5hFjpj9RyGRAi4dK9

Fulwell Cross Roundabout, Barkingside, on the zebras on at least one arm: https://goo.gl/maps/uozLLiG9kXn6mujC6

Waterloo roundabout: https://goo.gl/maps/A7fEsLaNbTRMHnsF9

All these are controlled crossings. I haven't found any uncontrolled ones with Look Left/Look Right, but I haven't tried too hard!

Here's the first example that came to mind, although it's a bit odd because it's a one-way road (the splitter island is to split a contraflow cycle lane from the main traffic lane).
