Regarding Owain’s comment about an old three way one there is one of these in Kincardine. The (main) A876 finishes on the A907 which finishes on the A985 which finishes on the (main) A876.
In Scarborough you have a four-way example:
A64 ends on A165, which ends on A171, which ends on A170, which ends on A64!

Only three way, I'm afraid. A170 terminates on A171, according to the signs, and I think that's correct. A170 originally met A64 at Seamer, and was only diverted to its current route later, whereas A171 is still on its original route.

You're absolutely right about the signage - something I didn't realise. I was also unaware that the A170 had been diverted from its original terminus.
Google Maps appears to be too uncertain to ascribe any number to Falsgrave Road (no matter how closely I zoom in!), so I was going from SABRE Maps again:
It's not entirely the same, but somewhat interesting nonetheless. In Jersey:
A2 starts and ends on the A1
A3 westbound ends on the A17 and A17 eastbound ends on the A3 (though the A3 continues eastbound)
A4 ends at both ends on the A3
A5 ends at both ends on the A4
Lots of important routes that start and end on the same route .
A64 ends on A165, which ends on A171, which ends on A170, which ends on A64!

A170.jpg
Damn these inconsistencies!
OS StreetView shows it as the A171
OS One Inch Seventh Series shows it as the A171, though the A170 didn't go to Scarborough back then (1922 MoT shows A170 going at least til the A171 though).
In Edinburgh, the A901 and A903 both terminate on the roundabout at Granton Square. Although four other roads also feed into the roundabout, they are unclassified.
Going back to numbered roads - the mapping and signs are a bit unclear at the Margate end at times, but the A255 ends on the A254 at Margate and the A254 ends on the A255 at Ramsgate.

A40 and A487 in Fishguard and Haverfordwest
Hi Mike - welcome to SABRE!
I thought of that too, not least because I remember getting off the ferry (c.2014) and seeing the road outside the terminal signed from within the terminal as the A487 and not A40!
However, both SABRE Maps and Google Maps show the A40 number running right to the roundabout outside the ferry terminal, and GSV suggests that the sign I saw at the exit of the terminal now shows A40 instead of the A487 sign I remember.
This means that the A487 ends at the same point as the A40, and resumes later in Fishguard after being the unsigned partner in a multiplex. You could argue that counts, but it could equally be argued that it doesn't!
We recently went to Wales in our caravan (a week in Cardigan Bay and a week near St David's) and visited both Fishguard and Haverfordwest.
Strictly the roads don't quite terminate on each other if you look at the maps - the A487 doesn't terminate exactly on the A40 in Haverfordwest either.
