Roads that terminate on each other
I'm not looking at places where two roads meet at a point and both end there - that's pretty common. But where road ends by X meeting road Y (not at the end of Y) and Y ends by meeting road X (not at the end of X). I'd also not include cases where they both terminate in the same junction complex even if that technically meets the definition, I'd expect the two points to be a mile or so apart at least. And cases where X is a loop ending on Y at both ends is also not the same thing.
Any ideas?

I'm not sure that quite counts. The A20 does terminate on the A2 at the northern end, but the A2 meets the A20 at the Eastern Docks Roundabout in Dover and as far as I can see the A20 also ends at that point. It would need the A20 to continue through that junction to be an example like in Llandudno.

Never argue with an idiot. They will bring you down to their level and beat you with experience.

No, that doesn't count, as neither road continues past the point where they meet. I was looking for cases where one road ends on another, i.e. not at the end of that road - not meeting end-on.

There must be many, many examples in residential areas such as Brunel Road and Telford Avenue in Stevenage.

The A167 ends on the A168 at Topcliffe and the A168 ends on the A167 in Northallerton.

The A148 ends on the A149 at Prince of Wales Road in Cromer

On the Machars peninsula, you used to have a three-way equivalent:SteelCamel wrote: ↑Tue Aug 24, 2021 14:52 In the thread on "A-roads that terminate on B-roads", Owain noted that the A546 terminates on the B5115 at Llandudno seafront. However a short way away on the other side of the headland, the B5115 terminates on the A546. Are there other pairs of roads like this that terminate on each other?
- the A750 terminated on the A746, which terminated on the A747, which terminated on the A750.
It doesn't work now, because the A750 and the relavent part of the A747 have both become B-roads.

A14 terminates on the A154, which terminates on the A14 at both ends!

Re: Roads that terminate on each other
My first thought on reading that was "that can't be right - that would be a really strange-shaped road". So I looked up A154 - and what a strange-shaped road it is! It would actually be a complete square if not for part of one side being the A14.
So unless someone can find a pair of roads that both terminate on each other at both ends, I think that's the best one we'll find.
From the SABRE Wiki: A154 :
As part of the huge expansion of the port of Felixstowe during the containerisation era, it became necessary to build a direct road into the docks from Trimley, on the outskirts of Felixstowe, avoiding the town. The new road took the number of the main road to Felixstowe from the Midlands, then still known as the A45, but since renumbered as the A14. The rump of the original
