On my very first solo trip from Kent to South Wales, I took a few detours to tick off some of the shorter motorways. So I did M20/M26/M25/M4/A308(M)/A404(M)/A329(M)/M32/M49/A48(M). Total of 10.
On the way back I did M4/M48/M25/M10/M2/M20.
When we were in Bury a couple of years ago I went for a drive whilst my partner had a bath in the hotel. M66/M60 (complete circuit!)/M67/M602/A57(M)/A627(M). Total of 6, or if you "count" M63, A6144(M) and M68, 9.

Lived there for three years... we lived at 404 - very convenient for the poolVierwielen wrote: ↑Sat Sep 25, 2021 22:08 Do you know it? I spent one night there waiting before returning to the UK, but not before my wife and I nipped into NL to do some shopping in Roermond.

Re: Multiple Motorways in one Journey
and putting in Folkestone as the end-point gives one more i.e. M26 then M20 instead of M23. Of course, it's the second recommended route rather than the main one involving A66, A1/A1(M), A14, M11 then M25 the other way.Was92now625 wrote: ↑Sat Sep 25, 2021 23:28 AA route planner : Dundee to Gatwick Airport gives

He does like his baths! Haha! He had actually been out of the bath for a while and was reading his book on the bed when I got back.Owain wrote: ↑Sun Sep 26, 2021 07:54That must have been a very long bath!Gareth Thomas wrote: ↑Sun Sep 26, 2021 01:41 When we were in Bury a couple of years ago I went for a drive whilst my partner had a bath in the hotel.
