It's now 30-40 years since this road (today part of the spectacularly out-of-zone Swansea B5444, a duplicate number to boot) was the A4217.

Two which always annoy me and I think have been mentioned on here before are the destination signs which still say A66 around Darlington even though the bypass opened around 30 years ago. They may have finally be fixed recently as I've not been up to Darlo for a while but are still wrong in these street view captures from July 2018

A167 Grange Road heading in from the south and A167 Ring Road.

What is especially annoying is that it's not like they're out in the countryside, they're both on major routes which at least one person from the borough council's roads department must use on a regular basis but no one has gotten them replaced in three decades, the latter one is only 0.3 miles from the council's head offices!

The road to Charlestown from St Austell was once A3061. These signs say it still is, though in fact it has been unclassified for an unknown number of years.

The road started in the town centre on the A391 Bodmin Road. It headed east along Fore Street before passing the church and climbing East Hill. Presently it crossed the A390 bypass and headed southeastwards along Charlestown Road into Charlestown itself. It ended by the pier in the
