So it is quite common to see 2 green arrows (straight and left for example) in place of a green light.
But there are some cases where there are 3 arrows.
Have any of you seen setups like:

In that first one, left and slightly left are filters, demonstrated by taking a step back to see that they are lit but slightly right is not, with red and amber lit

That first location has been subjected to discussion on here before due to its "always on green" from the other direction, and I remembered it had a non-prescribed merge sign, even worse that it isn't even a merge.
