Another road not shown on Open Street Map correctly is the B4489 north of the M4 (junction 46) near Swansea. The road is shown as unclassified, the only thing that I'm not sure about is how much of the road north of the M4 is the B4489. OS maps show it as the B4489 as far as the roundabout at the entrance to the Park and Ride but Google Maps show the road as the B4489 for at least another mile further north.

What's the evidence, then, that the road has been extended north of the M4? The signs on the junction (admittedly from GSV last year) don't indicate that it has.

I wouldn't use google as a source of road classifications, or names. They can be extremely out of date, and incorrect. Plus it's one of those "licencing" issues and technically you shouldn't even use GSV for a source for OSM. I personally put in an FOI to the local council for information for all roads under their authority and the relevant information such as road name, road number, road length, parish, district. Or you can sometimes find this information already on https://www.whatdotheyknow.com/ . This information may also help complete the C road pages in the wiki. Information held by the council is the most upto-date and correct, although it may be a few months out-of date, OS is a fairly reliable source, however does occasionally make mistakes, and Google just make things up and even when you suggest changes to the map, they never happen. So things like the A2700 still show, although it's never officially became that road https://www.sabre-roads.org.uk/wiki/ind ... itle=A2700 .
Here are some for:
* West Sussex - https://www.whatdotheyknow.com/request/ ... _roads_403
* Lincolnshire ( c roads only) - https://www.whatdotheyknow.com/request/ ... ications_2

From the SABRE Wiki: A2700 :

The A2700 may or may not be an A road to the west of Worthing. It runs through the South Downs National Park along Titnore Lane from Patching to Goring.

Beginning at Clapham Interchange on the A27 (where it also meets the A280), it leaves the southern roundabout of the dumbbell and turns sharply left, before taking a sweeping right bend to join the original alignment of Titnore Lane (which
