A few years ago I was "treated" to a drive along the Seine by a taxi driver. I think that he had somehow got an mph speedo in his cab or had somehow got his mph and km/h mixed up - he was certainly going well in excess of 60 km/h! As we sped under the Pont d'Alma he casually pointed out the spot where Princess Diana was killed.Bryn666 wrote:Great footage. Some lovely enamel direction signs too. One or two survived until the closures.
