The A6 south of Limonest is M6 - a happy car metropolitan route, likewise the A7 is the M7 down to the A450 junction.
Are they still under autoroute restrictions?
Voies Express, for now. The eventual plan is for the area around Perrache to become a 50km/h boulevard, assuming the Lyon TOP is built which would close the existing inner ring loop.

The A7 along the Rhône will make a very nice boulevard! Even when it was still the A7, it did not have a 130km/h limit until it had exited the urban area. The bend where the A6 became the A7 was, I think, 70km/h, and it probably rose to 80 or 90 for the stretch along the river.

Perrache bend has the distinction of being the only 50km/h motorway mainline in France. The bulk was a mix of 90 and 110 but they're both limited to 70 now.
