The first of the Kentucky Parkways has been officially re-numbered as I-165, there is still some remedial work to be done on the former Natcher Parkway but it is now officially an Interstate. Story HERE (you may possibly need a VPN to view the story)

That stays as KY9007

In fact, I'm wrong, only the section from Plano Rd to US 231 will remain as KY 9007, the stub from I-65 to Plano Rd is I-165 although from I-65 it remains signed as KY 9007
