FYI I have a car and have been driving for 7 months now. Just don't see a need to not use park and ride etc. as it is convenient
The problem does need to be solved - the answer often ignored is to move the big office blocks, factories and big shops out of the city centre - spread them out around the city's travel-to-work area so that people don't need to travel into the city centre as much.
