The "Bloke who has lost his shovel whilst using a zebra crossing" sign is certainly very speshul. Ye gods this industry is totally screwed, third world countries can do it better.

TTM do seem to be the best at truly abysmal/illegal signs

25 yards may be the shortest distance given for a "humps for _" sign, and there's not even multiple humps.
It looks like the second sign is closer to the hump than the first by about 15 yards so that bit might be right.

But of course there's only one hump so it shouldn't be humps at all. :coat:

That's been shared on here before. Although the signs have been twisted around/missing. The round sign is a "no overtaking sign" across the bridge due to narrow lane width / near impossible to pass a cyclist safety. The overtaking order has the exception of bicycles by bicycles, since it is perfectly suitable for two bicycles to be beside each other.
I haven't checked the legal standing on bicycles while subjected "no overtaking" orders, so the sign may be redundant anyway (if bicycles do not have to follow the order)

Ah I see. Makes a bit more sense now. Thanks!

I drove along here on Wednesday for the first time and saw that sign as well as a load of other incorrect signs on the A429.
I would share these other signs but my internet is dog poop at the moment and GSV takes about a minute to load a sphere.

This one on the A2 seems to suggest that Canterbury (a primary destination) is merely a local destination.

How does it do that? Most people using the A2 there will be expecting to see London as a "follow this for everywhere else" destination.

If Canterbury was intended to have the same primary status as London then you would have London and Canterbury arranged as a block one above the other, with A2 to the right of both of them, aligned vertical-middle with the block.

By putting "London A2" and then leaving a block gap before "Canterbury", they are saying that Canterbury is a non-primary destination.
Of course, the distinction between primary and non-primary destinations has been so badly eroded by the idiocy of including them on the same signs and without any real differentiation between them means that only the geekiest Sabristi will realise that that is what that sign is saying, so it is hardly a major error that will confuse or mislead drivers.

London (M2)
Canterbury A2

would surely be the most sensible format?

Just like the previous sign used prior to the central reservation crossover being closed.
