The information on the B1228 is also incorrect, the Wiki says that it still runs between Howden and Knedlington but this section was downgraded a few years ago and is now an unclassified minor road. I'll have a go at correcting it.

I've had a go at correcting the B4030 (at Bicester) and the B1228 (at Howden) on the Wiki. I may have missed a few details as I don't know these areas that well so if anyone wants to add any more details please do.

The information about the A3076 on the SABRE Wiki appears to be incorrect, it says that the road which goes over the A30 and into the village of Mitchell is an unclassified minor road but all of the signage in the village has the road as part of the A3076. Truro A3076 is what is on all of the signage as you go through the village to join the westbound A30. I'll have a go at changing it on the Wiki.

Clearly it is functionally part of the A3076, and signposted as such, but shown as unclassified through the village on Ordnance Survey maps. Could there have been some kind of administrative error and the OS is technically correct?

There are now signs on the eastbound A38 on the approach to the slip road to the Forder Valley Interchange at Plymouth that say that the road at the exit is the A3822. I can only guess that this is to be the number for the new link road from the A38 to the A386 at Derriford (another one to add to the Wiki), also the OS maps do show the road that runs from the A386 to Derriford Hospital as the A3860 (another one that's not on the Wiki). Does anyone have any more information on these 2 possible new road numbers as I don't want to add them to the Wiki until I'm sure that they both exist.

The A3860 is now on the SABRE Wiki but I can't find the A3822. I would add it myself but I don't know enough about the road (other than it's start point on the A38), I believe it opened in February.

I think that the information about the B686 (in Nottingham) on the Wiki is out of date as it has been extended at it's eastern end. I believe that this change happened when the Gedling By-Pass was built to the east of where the B686 used to terminate. The B686 now heads south passing over the railway before ending at the A612 at Netherfield. I would have a go at changing it on the Wiki myself but I'm not that familiar with the Nottingham area.

I can't find the A5288 on the Wiki, I believe it exists in Stafford. I'm not sure if I should have a go at adding it myself as I don't know the area very well. Also I can't find the A4871 (former A487) at Caernarfon.
