Ditto. Some are worth pointing out eg where there's no obvious reason or silly urban myths about armed robberies, but highlighting every one gets tedious.
They're also not in any sense "secret"! It's just telling you some readily available information about where you can enter and leave the motorway :?

Same with me.

I watched a couple of his videos and immediately learned about the abandoned road off the M1 in London, complete with lamp posts.

Agree, it isn't a full junction because it isn't meant to be one, why he couldn't grasp that with 13 and 14 I do not know. Wouldn't have taken a lot of working out to understand why they closed the J7 one either.

This channel has also popped up in my YouTube recommendations and I have watched quite a few of them. So far I have been impressed.

I’m also a subscriber to Geoff Marshall, The Tim Traveller et al so I can see where he gets his influences from. But I like this type of video anyway - informal, the odd silly joke etc. I know Tim Traveller was himself influenced by Jay Foreman, so the circle goes on. 🙂

I enjoy his videos too. I always love his "You are the X to my Y" lines he signs off with.

Geoff Marshall, Paul Whitewick, Jay Foreman and The Tim Traveller have all popped up in each others' videos. Jago Hazzard has so far stayed entirely behind the camera; he has stuck mainly to trains and trams, also mostly in London (though he does occasionally venture further).

I used to like Geoff Marshall but he can become a bit annoying on some of his videos. For example the one where he visits all tram stops on the Sheffield system. And typically he meets up with a local who has all the knowledge but he tends to speak over his guests and interrupts them quite a lot.
Moving OT but if your especially into industrial heritage, canals, railways etc, particularly up north then Martin Zero is worth subscribing to.

Jago Hazzard has done quite a lot of London history not related to rails.

I watch all of the folk you have described in regards to trains and motorways. I have to say, auto shenanigans is excellent. The effort that goes into each video is considerable. He's also pretty funny. Keep in mind he is going for a broad audience, not just us road nerds.

are there any other UK-based road and rail YouTubers who produce content similar to those we are always discussing, that people would recommend?

As discussed on the Numpty thread in the Road transport forum. Ashley Neal, a driving instructor is worth following. Lots of analysis on road layouts, driving behaviors, cycling and even electric cars and charging points.

Other transport related i'm subscribed to:

Re request for other similar British based channels not yet mentioned.

Slightly off on a tangent but " Trains planes everything" is excellent. Bit of everything but has lots of bus content. Of course also more plane than road but can't not mention " Noel Philips"

Thank you for the suggestions.

And again slightly off-topic, but still sort-of transport-related one which i also follow is Foxes Afloat. Nearly 200 vlogs about their journeys on the UK's canal network until they decided to sell their narrowboat.

Yes Foxes afloat very good. Although i have lost interest in them a bit in the last year as they're not on a narrow boat any more.

Just watched one of his videos where he had an entirely unnecessary pop at cyclists and cycling in general. Why would you do that unless you're setting out to convince people you're an arse.

Which one? Need to know the context.

Thanks for the link.
I've just watched this and there seemed to be no reason other than to trot out old tropes and cause gratuitous offence.
I've also watched a couple about the M40 and the M4 where staying to the path and respecting other peoples' land apparently seemed to take a second place to "getting a good shot".
It would be interesting to know whether permission was sought for those as well as the overflying shots with a drone.
