Cartford Bridge is a privately operated toll bridge over the River Wyre. There is a toll house with barrier on the north side of the Wyre.
The bridge is subject to a 10mph speed limit and 7.5T weight limit.
OS maps show a bridge marked as "(Toll)" from 1895. An 1870s map, and an earlier 1848-9 map both show a bridge marked "(Wooden)".
