The B1118 is a rural B-road in north Suffolk.
It starts adjacent to a bridge where the B1116 crosses the River Alde, to the north of Dennington. It heads northwest via Brundish and Stradbroke, where there's a short multiplex along the B1117. The road now turns more westward (and also becomes bendier). It goes through Hoxne before ending on the A140 just to the south of the border with Norfolk.
This is the original western end of the B1118; however, the road was quickly extended further west to reach the B1077. Construction of the A143 Diss bypass destroyed this junction and so the B1118 was cut back again.
