The Allt Coire an Anmoich Bridge is a well known structure for anyone who has climbed Beinn Eighe in Glen Torridon, as it lies next to the car park for the most common route up the Munro. It is also a noticeable land mark for the thousands of tourists who pass through the glen each year, as it is one of the few places where a white line appears in the middle of the road! The bridge carries the A896 over the All Coire an Anmoich just above its confluence with the Feith Ghlas, which flows into the small Lochan an Iasgair. It is a substantial concrete span which looks a little out of place in this empty, mountainous landscape, especially with its metal barriers as parapets. As well as the two traffic lanes, the bridge has a pavement on the upstream side to cater for the many walkers trudging back to their cars.
