The B1065 is a short B-road in west Suffolk, which passes through the village of Glemsford for the majority of its route.
The road starts on the A1092 just to the north of the River Stour. It heads north into Glemsford and follows a fairly winding route through the village. It comes out on the eastern side of Glemsford before crossing the River Glem and ending soon afterwards on the B1066.
