The B1066 is a rural B-road in west Suffolk.
It starts on the A1092 to the west of Long Melford and heads north following the River Glem. It goes through an edge of Stanstead where it meets the B1065 and then continues to Boxted where it bends sharply right to leave the River Glem behind.
The road continues along a winding northerly route through a few more villages. Presently it ends on the A143 on the eastern edge of the village of Horringer. Bury St Edmunds is only a few miles away to the right.
