The B1068 is a rural B-road in south Suffolk.
It starts on the A134 at Leavenheath and heads roughly east. It meets the B1087 in Stoke-by-Nayland and continues on to Thorington Street, home of the National Trust's Thorington Hall. About a mile later the B1068 crosses the River Brett and enters Higham.
The B1068 ends on the A12 between junctions 30 and 31. There was formerly a gap in the central reservation to allow southbound A12 traffic to access the B1068; however, traffic on the B1068 could only turn left. Southbound traffic from the B1068 is directed to meet the A12 at junction 30, by following unclassified roads away from Higham, and southbound traffic heading onto the B1068 from the A12 is now directed to travel to that junction and U-turn.
