The B1071 is a short rural link in Suffolk.
In 1922 it started on the A134 in Sudbury. However, its western half was renumbered B1115 around 1935 and so the B1071 now starts on that road to the west of Little Waldingfield.
The B1071 heads north, passing a few scattered houses but no villages, before entering Lavenham. After running along Church Street the road ends here at a TOTSO on the A1141 (former B1070).
