The B1200 is a largely rural B-road in north Lincolnshire.
It starts on the A16 bypass to the west of Louth and heads east through town along the pre-bypass route of the A157; this includes a TOTSO left at the original eastern end of the A153 and a crossing of the B1520 (former A16) at traffic lights.
At the far end of the bypass the B1200 cannons off the A157 at a roundabout and then continues eastwards through Manby. It then goes in an almost straight line alongside the dykes to the North Sea village of Saltfleetby St Clement. The road ends on the far side of the village at a crossroads on the A1031. The minor road ahead leads into a car park in the dunes.
