The B1201 is a short link road in north Lincolnshire.
It starts on the A16 on the western edge of North Thoresby. It heads east through the village, leaving town at the railway station. The Grimsby to Louth railway line crossed the road here until 1980 but the line has since been taken up. The level crossing gates survive, however. The station has now been reopened as part of a preserved railway so the level crossing would be reinstated if the line were to be rebuilt further north.
Leaving North Thoresby, the B1201 continues east passing a few houses and the minor road leading south to Fulstow, before ending on the A1031 a mile to the south of Tetney.
