The B1402 is a link road through the Lincolnshire village of Barrow upon Humber. The road was originally unclassified but gained its number in the mid-1920s.
The road starts in the fields to the west of the village, where the eastward A1077 turns right at a roundabout. From here the B1402 heads briefly northwards before bearing right and entering town along Ferry Road East. It then follows a winding road passing to the north of the village centre passing a mix of modern and older houses.
A small stream, The Beck, is crossed, after which the road makes a beeline for its terminus at a crossroads on the B1206 (former A15). The road ahead, to Thornton Abbey station, has always been unclassified.
