The B1425 was a short link road in the suburbs of Thornaby on Tees. The road was originally unclassified but may have come into existence in the early 1930s (the road's short length means this is not completely certain). However, the A1045, which it met at its western end, was declassified around 2000 and the B1425 presumably went with it.
The road started on the A1045 Thornaby Road and headed east along the residential Lanehouse. After about three-quarters of a mile the road reached its terminus on the A174 (present A1130) Acklam Road.
