The B190 is a link road in central County Londonderry. It was originally unclassified but gained its number in the late 1920s.
The road turns off the B64 in the hills west of Garvagh and heads northeast through a largely forested area. We cross a stream to reenter open country and then start to descend. The straight Belraugh Road is followed for the rest of the road's route. It ends on flatter land at a triangular junction on the B70 just to the south of Ringsend.
