The B2081 ran for over a mile from the centre of Brenzett on the B2080 to the then-B2070 near Snave in south Kent.
It was upgraded to A2070 in the 1980s. However, the entire road has been bypassed by an upgrade and so the ex-B2081 is now an unclassified road closely paralleling the southern end of the modern A2070.
