This article is about the original B2136 in West Sussex.

The B2136 was a short road in north Sussex, covering the mile or so between the B2135 in Partridge Green and its nearest A-road, the A281, at Shermanbury.
It was absorbed into an extended B2116 in 1935. It is not really clear as to why this was done, as it causes the B2116 to have a long multiplex with the A281 and it was only re-classified as another B road.
