The B220 is a short B-road in the London Borough of Lewisham.
The road starts at Lee traffic Lights on the A20 Lewisham High Street.
It climbs Belmont Hill and continues east along Lee Terrace, passing the landmark St Margaret's Church on the right and its old churchyard, which contains part of the previous building and the grave of Edmond Halley, on the left. The Blackheath Hospital is then passed and the road terminates soon afterwards at a mini roundabout near Blackheath Railway Station on the B212.
