The B2203 is a short B-road in east Sussex. Originally unclassified, the road gained its number in the mid-1930s.
The road starts on the A267 in Horam and heads north along the High Street. We soon cross a bridge over a dismantled railway line, which we follow for much of the rest of the route although we never cross it again. The road becomes suburban and then goes through a wood but the road remains largely urban for its entire length and so it's not long before we reach the village of Maynard's Green.
Continuing north we glimpse a couple of fields before reaching the suburbs of Heathfield. We follow Hailsham Road through town and there's another semi-rural section as we skirt Heathfield Park. It's not long before the road bends to the left and ends at traffic lights on the A265.
