The B222 is a short B-road in south London.
The road starts at traffic lights on the A2217 within the tangle of railway lines that make up Loughborough Junction. We head south, immediately going under the east-west line and the north-south line - and we follow the latter for the whole of our route.
After crossing a mini-roundabout we follow the largely residential Milkwood Road. To the right is the railway line but this is separated from us by an industrial estate for most of the route. Presently the line becomes visible adjacent to us and it's not long before the platforms of Herne Hill station come into view. The road descends to pass the entrance into the station underpass, followed by industrial premises in the railway arches, then we bend left to end at traffic lights on the A215.
