The B270 is a short B-road on the southern edge of the Greater London conurbation.
This road starts on Warlingham Green, which is a triangular one-way system on the B269. From here the B270 heads in a south-westerly direction down Westhall Road for about 300 yards before it TOTSOs to the right at the junction with Hillbury Road. It then runs gently downhill for about a mile, bending several times, to the junction with the A22 in Whyteleafe.
