The B3203 is a short link road on the outskirts of Paignton.
It runs along Borough Road linking the A385 with the A3022.
Originally the B3203 continued south along Brixham Road to end on the A379 at Galmpton Warborough. Then in 1935 it took over the entire length of the B3204 to end in the centre of Brixham.
In the 1950s the A3022 came into existence and took over the ex-B3204 section, reducing the B3203 to its original length. Then in the 1960s the construction of the A3022 Paignton bypass took over almost all the rest of the B3203, leaving the short section that remains.
