This article is about the original B3206 running between Totnes and Buckfastleigh in Devon that is now the A384.

The B3206 was originally allocated to the road between Totnes and Buckfastleigh. From the A385 in Totnes it passed through Dartington and then followed the River Dart upstream to end on the original line of the A38 to the northeast of Buckfastleigh.
By the end of the 1920s, the road had been upgraded to become an extension of the A384. This remains the case today, although the section from Dartington to Totnes part of the A385.
