The B3218 was a medium-length B-road in central Devon, connecting the A3072 (former B3216) at Dunsland Cross, east of Holsworthy, with the A30 (present B3260) on the western edge of Okehampton.
Except for the final 1.1 miles (now a brief stretch of the A386 followed by an unclassified road) the route of the erstwhile B3218 is the same as that followed by today's A3079, west of Okehampton.
