The B3219 was a short road acting as the Okehampton western bypass.
It left the A386 near Folly Gate before heading south via a brief multiplex along the B3218 to end on the A30 on Sourton Down, a short distance from the point the A386 reappeared following its multiplex along the A30 through Okehampton.
In the 1960s, for obvious reasons, the B3219 was renumbered as part of the A386, which it remains.
