The B3243 was an urban B-road running west from Plymouth city centre.
The road originally started on the B3244 Stoke Road (there is now a roundabout here) and headed east along King Street and East Street to end on the A38.
The eastern section of the route was heavily bombed in the war and completely rebuilt, and is today unrecognisable. What remains of the ex-B3243 is unclassified.
