This article is about the current B3250, a local road in Plymouth.
For the original B3250 west of St Germans in Cornwall, see B3250 (Cornwall).
For the original B3250 west of St Germans in Cornwall, see B3250 (Cornwall).
The B3250 provides a local link between The Parkway (A38) and Plymouth City Centre. It follows the original route of the A386 in the area.
Leaving the 3-level stacked Manadon Roundabout, which also serves the A386, the road heads south, alternating between Dual Carriageway and Single Carriageway, through Manadon, Hartley, Compton and Mutley. Here it meets the B3214 and B3238 at a 4-way light controlled junction. The road then descends North Hill to end at the Drake Circus light-controlled junction (formerly a roundabout until reconstruction the 2000s related to the adjacent Drake Circus shopping centre) on the A374.
