The B3251 is a short B-road in southeast Cornwall, forming part of the signposted route between Plymouth and Looe.
It starts on the A38 at Lower Clicker, just south of Menheniot station. The A38 is dual carriageway here and a gap in the central reservation allows access to/from the eastbound carriageway. A short one-way spur provides access to the B3251 from the westbound A38.
The B3251 runs vaguely southwestwards, largely within high hedges so that the landscape cannot be seen. The road narrows and widens, varying between S1 and S2 status, and ends at a T-junction on the B3252 at Bylane End. However, the reverse was true originally and the B3251 continued south to Widegates to end on the A387 (then numbered B3250). The change seems to have happened in 1935.
