The original B3362 was a short link road on the Lizard Peninsula. The road was originally unclassified but gained its number in the late 1920s. It was re-numbered as a spur of the B3293 in 1935, but lost its classification altogether in recent years together with the B3291.
Starting on the B3293 by the war memorial at Rosevear the road headed north by way of Gweek Drive, a wooded road with some sharp corners above the Helford River. The road ended on the B3291 at Gweek Mill.
