For the former A38 in Selly Oak, Birmingham, see B384.
The B384 was a short B-road on Horsell Common, to the north of Woking.
The road started at Six Cross-Roads on the A320, where it also met the A245, and headed west across the Common along a fairly straight road. It ended after less than a mile on the B383 (now A3046).
The road has now been upgraded to Class I status, becoming a western extension of the A245.
